A: There are a few reasons why the device would stop working, here’s how to identify the issue and resolve：
(1) Excessive inhalation protection – this mechanism will be activated for any puffs over 10±2s, indicated via a double flash on the LED light. Simply terminate the inhalation and start a new puff and the device will work again.
(2) Low battery – the LED will flash 10 times to indicate low battery, charge device to activate again.
(3) Short circuit – the LED will light up for 2s. Should this be the case, consult your original purchase channel for after-sales service.
